c. We accept Paypal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Apple & Google pay, as well as credit/ debit card payments . All transactions are securely processed.

d. In case of payment disputes, Viettra Imperiume reserves the right to cancel or delay your order.

e. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

3. Shipping & Delivery

a. Orders are processed within 3-5 days and shipped via USPS

b. Viettra Imperiume is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

c. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

a. We do not accept returns unless an item is defective or incorrect.

b. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery.

c. To be eligible for a return/exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

d. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
